Interspersed with moments of me attempting to attend college, and me meeting with some guy in a kitchen whip being unable to use the bathroom, was the main dream of my mother informing me that a family of strangers lead by some woman were going to come into it house and your it themselves and select stuff in it they wanted to take, in the dream I argued against this with my mother because I didn’t like that and she just got angrier and angrier at me for pushing against it, when these people arrived it was suddenly winter and as they started coming in I went to my mother and told her that I would not allow them in my room, and went and told my brother what was happening and he calmly decided the same for his room, at this point the dream shifted slightly that they were coming to our house to take an extremely heavy shelf and then were going to continue on through the rest, at this point I hear them moving the shelf. Throughout while I’m arguing with my mother about this being allowed her responses other than anger are that these people reached out to her and said it would “be a great opportunity”, which I interpreted to mean they were going to buy this stuff, I then head downstairs and confront one of them in the kitchen who just looked at me confused, behind her on the counter was a neat array of some of my stuff, which I declared was a solid no and they couldn’t have them, the dream sorta ended after this and some lingering after I learned they weren’t buying the stuff but taking it to sell it. My mother would never do something like this in real life.

This dream suggests feelings of concern over personal autonomy, boundaries, and control. It might be beneficial to explore areas of your life where you feel your personal space or boundaries might be threatened or where decisions feel imposed upon you by external forces. Engaging in open dialogues with those in your life regarding these feelings or reflecting on situations where you can assert control might be key steps in addressing these dream concerns.
